Each visit covers the rooms and surfaces you live with every day, cleaned to the same detailed standard every time:

ART keeps that area compact while the team is small, so every regular customer gets consistent, reliable service, and plans to expand it as the team grows. Outside that area? One-time cleans are available throughout Knox and Anderson County, within 40 miles of our base.
Do I need a deep clean before recurring service?
Not always. If the home needs a reset, Ashley will say so at the walkthrough. Otherwise, recurring visits can start right away.
Does the price change with how often you come?
Yes. Frequency is one of the four things that set your flat rate, along with size, type of cleaning and layout.
Do you offer weekly house cleaning?
Home cleaning is every two weeks or monthly. Offices can be cleaned one to five days a week.
Can I change my schedule later?
Talk with Ashley about your needs. She'll work with you on a schedule that fits.
What if I need to cancel a visit?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelling with less notice costs 50% of the cleaning rate.
What isn't included?
ART does detailed cleaning, not maid services: no laundry, dishes, bed-making, organizing or pet cleanup.
