What gets cleaned
Move cleans are done in empty homes and spaces only, once the furniture and belongings are out. That lets the clean cover the same detail work as a deep clean, everywhere:
- Floors swept, mopped and vacuumed

- Blinds, light fixtures and windows
- Kitchens and bathrooms scrubbed

Weekend appointments are sometimes available for move cleans and for getting a home ready to sell. It helps to ask early. One-time cleans are paid on arrival, before the clean starts.
Good to know: ART Cleaning Services does detailed cleaning, not maid services. We don't do laundry, dishes, bed-making, organizing or pet cleanup.

How much does move-in/move-out cleaning cost?
ART charges a flat rate set by the size of the space, the type of cleaning, the layout and condition, and how often you want service. The estimate is free and includes a walkthrough, so your quote is based on your actual space.

Where do you do move-in/move-out cleans?
Move cleans are one-time cleans, available throughout Knox and Anderson County, within 40 miles of our base. A travel fee applies when the drive is more than 30 minutes, and we don't book cleans beyond 40 miles.
Does the home need to be empty?
Yes. Move-in/move-out cleans are for empty homes and spaces only, so schedule the clean after the movers are done.
Can you clean on a weekend?
Sometimes. Weekend appointments are occasionally available for one-time cleans such as move-in/move-out and ready-to-sell cleans. Ask when you request your estimate.
Do I need to be there for the walkthrough?
Ashley needs to see the space in person. Mention on the estimate form who will meet her there.
Can you clean an office I'm moving out of?
Yes. Move-in/move-out cleaning covers small office spaces as well as homes.
How is the price set?
It's a flat rate based on the size of the space, the layout and its condition. The estimate and walkthrough are free.
