About ART Cleaning Services: we put the art in cleaning

Our mission

ART Cleaning Services' mission is to provide families, individuals and small businesses with reliable, trustworthy and efficient service at a reasonable rate. We will always make sure you get your money's worth, through excellent service and your complete satisfaction.

What makes ART different

• Detailed, not rushed. Cleans are designed for consistency and quality, not surface-level wipe-downs.
• Flat-rate pricing. Your price is set after a free walkthrough, so it's accurate from the start.
• Bonded and insured. And woman-owned.
• Everything brought. Ashley brings all the supplies and equipment. Recurring maintenance cleans mostly use eco-friendly products, because many conventional cleaners add VOCs to indoor air, according to the EPA (opens in a new tab).
• No cross-contamination. A color-coded microfiber system means restroom cloths and mop pads are never used in the kitchen, breakroom or office, and tools are cleaned between jobs.
• Owner-led. You talk to Ashley directly, from the first call to the walkthrough. She does the cleaning herself, bringing one or two helpers on bigger jobs.

Why the name ART?

Cleaning done well is a craft: the right products, the right order, and patience with the details other cleaners rush past. That's the idea behind the name and the motto, "We put the art in cleaning." One customer said Ashley "is truly an artist of clean."

How we work with you

Every new customer starts with a free walkthrough. Ashley listens to what matters most to you, looks at the space, and gives you a flat-rate price. Then she builds the cleaning plan around your priorities. If you want recurring service, she will recommend a schedule that fits your home and budget. And if something isn't right after a clean, tell her: Ashley follows up within 24 hours. After every one-time clean, she checks in within 24 hours to make sure you're happy. Customer satisfaction is part of the mission, not an afterthought.

What we clean, and what we don't

ART cleans homes and small offices: deep and one-time cleans, recurring cleaning, move-in/move-out cleans, small offices and event prep.

Good to know: ART Cleaning Services does detailed cleaning, not maid services. We don't do laundry, dishes, bed-making, organizing or pet cleanup.
