How to get the most accurate quote

The walkthrough is short, and a little preparation makes your flat-rate quote as accurate as possible:

Know your priorities. List the rooms or areas that bother you most, such as the bathrooms, the kitchen or the floors.
Think about frequency. Decide whether you want a one-time clean or regular visits: every two weeks or monthly for homes, one to five days a week for offices.
Share your dates. If you're moving, selling or hosting an event, have the date handy.
Mention the details. Bedrooms, bathrooms and approximate square footage help Ashley plan the visit.

Good to know before you book

Supplies: Ashley brings all the cleaning supplies and equipment.
Payment: Visa, Discover, American Express, bank debit, electronic check, Venmo and Apple Pay. One-time cleans are paid on arrival, before the clean starts.
Cancelling or rescheduling: please give at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelling with less notice costs 50% of the cleaning rate.
Not home? No problem. You can leave a key or use a lockbox.
Follow-up: if you're not satisfied with a clean, Ashley follows up within 24 hours. After a one-time clean, she checks in within 24 hours to make sure you're happy.
Closed: New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas, plus one week of vacation a year.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. The estimate and the walkthrough are free, and there's no obligation to book.

Why do you need to see my home first?

Price depends on size, type of cleaning, layout, condition and frequency. Ashley won't quote from a description alone, so your flat rate reflects your actual space.

When will I hear back?

Within one business day. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Call (865) 361-6655 if it's urgent.

Do I have to decide on a service before the walkthrough?

No. Choose "Not sure yet" on the form. Ashley will recommend a deep clean, recurring visits or both, based on what she sees and what you want.

What if I'm outside Anderson or Knox County?

Put your address on the form anyway, and Ashley will let you know whether she can help.
